Small Properties: $320 - $560.00 plus travel expenses

For properties 2500 square feet or less set on 1 acre or less; varies by complexity. VASTU evaluations will require a minimum of one, sometimes two, visits to the site and access to blue-prints. This process takes about two weeks, start to finish.

Large Properties: Price Varies

A custom bid for the evaluation work will be submitted and approved before work begins. Bids will be based on the complexity of the site, the number and size of structures, plus the number of site visits and required travel. This process takes about four weeks, start to finish.
